What Spotna collects, why, for how long, and what you can demand.

What we collect
Only what you give us, and the minimum the site needs to run. Nothing is bought from a third party, and nothing is inferred from your browsing elsewhere.
- Waitlist — your email address, your city, your platform and your language — to write to you once, at launch.
- Contact form — your name, your email address and your message, so we can reply.
- Partner enquiries — the contact’s details and information about the business, to assess the enquiry.
- Server logs — your IP address, your browser and the page requested, written automatically by the server for operations and security. We never add your email address to them.
We never collect your precise location, never ask for identity documents, and never buy data.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser. No analytics, no advertising pixel, and no script loaded from another domain. There is nothing to accept or reject, which is why you are shown no banner.

How long we keep it
These periods are enforced by a scheduled job, not by good intentions.

After that, records are anonymised: the row survives with nothing identifying you in it, so counts stay consistent and the evidence that your sign-up was lawful is not destroyed. Deletion in the database is immediate; in the host’s backups it follows their own expiry cycle.
Who else sees it
Nobody. No third-party provider receives your data. The site and its database sit with our host, and nothing leaves.
We sell no data, and we pass none to anyone for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data Spotna holds about you, have it corrected or deleted.
To simply stop receiving our emails, the unsubscribe link in every message is immediate and needs no request at all.
What we hold
Your waitlist registration, any message you sent through the contact form, and any partner enquiry. We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party services.
How we verify it is you
We reply to the address you write to us from. If your request concerns a different address, we first ask you to confirm that you control it — we ask for no identity document, because the only thing we hold about you is an email address.
